The City of Alhambra is requesting proposals for custodial / janitorial and porter services at Alhambra City Hall, Civic Center Library, Police Department, Fire Station No. 71, and various City Facilities. The contract would be for a three-year period, with the potential for two, one-year extensions, in accordance with the provisions, specifications and proposal instructions. 1. City Hall 111 S. The City may, at its sole discretion, reject any and all proposals submitted in response to this RFP. The City will not be liable for any costs incurred in connection with the preparation and submittal of any proposal. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities in a submitted proposal.
