Site work and addition to an educational facility in Hillsboro, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a 4,800-square-foot educational facility.
Submit Questions to: Andy Neubauer aneubauer@fowlerhammer.com Project Summary: In general, this project consists of a 4,800 square foot Commons/Cafeteria addition. The new addition will connects to the existing commons/cafeteria on the south side of the High/Middle School. Work includes but is not limited to: demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel framing, cold formed metal framing, carpentry, metal wall panels, EPDM, joint sealants, doors and frames, aluminum-framed storefronts, glazing, finishes, finish upgrades, cafeteria tables, HVAC, and electrical The Owner will provide a tax-exempt certificate for bidders to purchase qualifying materials without tax. Do NOT include sales or use tax on materials that qualify for exemption under State of Wisconsin statutes. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Bids are to be valid for 60 days. No bid security will be required unless specifically noted.
