Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) have a requirement for work under a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) that comprises the furnishing of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to provide general painting services including minor repairs in preparation of painting for the various areas of CFB Halifax as specified herein. The SOA will be for an initial period of one year with 2 one-year optional periods. All offerors must provide a duly completed Application for Registration Form (AFR) with their offer.
