The Oregon Department of Transportation ODOT or Agency is seeking Proposals from Professional Services and Related Services consultants to provide transportation related Services with a focus on planning, environmental study, field work, conceptual design, alignment recommendations, and cost estimates relevant to the Red Rock Creek Trail Alignment Study the Project on behalf of the City of Tigard City. Proposers responding to this RFP do so solely at their expense, and Agency is no.DBE Participation Goal Assigned: 3% Blanket/Contract Begin Date: 07/12/2022 Blanket/Contract End Date: 07/31/2023 Deadline for Proposer questions 10 calendar days prior to the Bid Opening Date in OregonBuys Bid Solicitation page for this RFP The Contract is anticipated to be effective by July 2022 and is expected to last approximately 1 year. Contingent upon Agency's need and Consultant's performance, Agency may amend the Contract for additional time as necessary for Project completion. Agency reserves the right to require confirmation of the qualifications of any Proposer.
