The Tigard Tualatin School District ("the Owner") Requests Proposals from experienced Contractors for the Creekside Community High School Greenhouse Project. The prospective contractor's name and address must appear on the email subject line in addition to the words, "Creekside Community High School Greenhouse". Project Scope of Work: The Owner is seeking a qualified Contractor with current relevant experience in public school work. The project includes the installation of a greenhouse, which is manufactured by Sturdi-Built Greenhouse Manufacturing Co. and owner-provided, in addition to installation of the required utilities for the greenhouse. The Contractor firms responding to this RFP will be evaluated based upon firm background, experience, personnel, and proposal price. Attention is called to the provisions of the Oregon Statutes, Chapter 279. The bidder must indicate if bidder is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120 and if the contractor and subcontractors are licensed under ORS 701.005 - 701.055.
