The Town of Scituate, through its Select Board, in accordance with Chapter 7, Section 38 of the Mass. General Laws, seeks qualifications, technical and fee proposals from qualified architects for Designer Services for the develop concepts, designs, and engineering plans for a new resilient waterfront amenity in Scituate, Massachusetts at the current site of the Scituate Harbor Community Building (Pier 44) located at 44 Jericho Road, Scituate The purpose of this procurement is to create designs, develop plans and obtain permits to redevelop water front property in the Town to provide flood protection from coastal storms and projected sea level rise and offer opportunities for public use and enjoyment.
