The City has been awarded a Community Development Block Grant for upgrade of the main supply water line and local water lines along S. Main Street from the golf course to Leaning Chimney Drive (the northern intersection). Due to the current economic situation and supply chain challenges, the City desires to purchase the major supplies separately to minimize schedule impacts to the Contractor. Since CDBG and GEFA loan money is being used for this project, materials are being competitively purchased through this ITB. Bidder shall iden fy when all listed materials can be delivered to City Hall for the Project. Since delivery schedule will be an evalua on criterion for this bid, Bidders must agree to liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day for each day the delivery of all materials falls a er the bidders proposed delivery date Ques ons regarding this ITB and project are to be submi ed by email, to the City Contact. Modifica ons to the ITB can only be made by Addenda.
