Project includes removal and disposal of other existing items off-site, removal and installation of new trench drain system, and repair of in floor heating system. Question Cutoff Date 6/5/2022 11:00:00 PM (ET) Work is to be completed by an Iowa licensed Mechanical/Plumbing contractor. DOT Estimated Start Date: July 1, 2022 DOT Estimated Completion Date: On or before October 15, 2022 Award: It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. The Iowa DOT is exempt from sales tax.
