The location for this project is the Rock Rapids DOT Maintenance Garage located at 1204 N 2nd Avenue East, Rock Rapids, IA 51246. *Acceptable brands are listed within the Scope & Specifications document and within the Line Items tab. Pre-Bid substitutions are allowed on this bid. Before providing bid, please complete the Pre-Bid Request for Approval of Products or Materials form located on the Attachments tab. Following business unit review, you will be notified if your substituted material was approved or denied for this project. Scope: Contractor to remove and replace two overhead doors, two commercial jackshaft operators, and supply remotes as per specifications outlined. Estimated start date -Upon issuance of award Estimated project end date- 01/03/2024 Contractor is required to provide all materials, equipment and labor for the removal and replacement of material as per plans/specifications outlined on the Line Item tab. This includes the disposal of all debris off site. IADOT - Two Overhead Doors, Two Operators W/ Four Remotes (Rock Rapids MG)
