Renovation of an educational facility in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project intends to achieve two broad goals - to allow for the replacement of aging chilled water infrastructure while also creating additional chilled water capacity to meet the long-term needs of the campus. The project will include construction of a significant new plant as well as modifications to existing plants on campus. Current project authority is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the university's option. In order to offer architectural or engineering services in response to this solicitation, the proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
