Scope: Successful bidder shall furnish all equipment and materials and perform all labor necessary to Clean, Repair, Recoat the exterior, as well as paint a new logo sign on the .75 MG concrete east clearwell located at 1314 Venturi Dr in Benton, AR. 1. Surface Preparation all surfaces of the East Clearwell - SSPC SP-13 ICRI CSP 5 - WJ4 pressure wash at 4,400 psi then vapor blast with 80 grit garnet including removing the Benton Utilities 18' X 10" sign. 2. Surface Repairs Coat - Fill voids with elastomeric patch/sealant or equivalent. Stop water leakage with hydraulic water stop. Fill cracks with Loxon elastomeric caulk or equivalent. 3. 1st step to resurface - Coat with Loxon concrete & masonry Primer/Sealer DFT 3-4 mils (22.5 sf/gallon) or equivalent. 4. 2nd step to resurface - Coat with ConFlex UltraCrete Acrylic Texture Coating 50-80 sf/gallon or equivalent. 5. Final Coat in resurfacing - ConFlex Sherlastic Elastomeric Coating DFT 9-12 mils (53-72 sf/gallon) or equivalent. 6. Replace 18' X 10' Benton Utilities Logo sign Clearwell will stay operational throughout the rehab process. All work on this project will be performed to meet the highest standards prevalent in the industry.
