Waterman Road Surface Improvements As set forth in the Contract Documents, bids shall include all Surface Roadway Improvements shown within the following plans (except as modified in the Special Provisions): o Improvement Plans prepared by Burrell Consulting Group, Inc., dated 4/22/2022, titled "Improvement Plans for Waterman Road Kubota-WDC, sheets 1-16. o Improvement Plans prepared by Y&C Traffic Consultants, inc., for Signal and Lighting Grant Line Road (no date shown on plans), Sheets E-1 - E-4. The expected contract award date for construction is on or around 6/9/22. The contractor will be expected to prepare and submit material submittals for all "long lead" procurement materials within 10 working days of contract award. The Notice to Proceed (NOP) with Construction is expected to be issued on or around 8/18/22 with the expectation that the Contractor will begin work no later than 7 working days after the date the NOP is issued and Substantially Complete all paving operations within 50 Working Days (only weekdays count as working days) from the from the date the NOP is issued (including 10 working days for underground testing, by others). It is anticipated and expected that the Contractor will need to work overtime shifts to meet this schedule.
