CONTRACT 1-21-4834 - TRI-STATE TOLLWAY (I-294) ROADWAY AND BRIDGE RECONSTRUCTION AND WIDENING OGDEN AVENUE TO CERMAK ROAD The work to be done under this contract shall be started on or about October 17, 2022. All work under this contract shall be completed by November 25, 2025. The location of services to be performed is on the Tri-State Tollway (I-294) between Mile Post 27.8 and Mile Post 29.5 in Cook County, Illinois. The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to: mainline pavement removal, reconstruction and widening, reconstruction of mainline bridges over Salt Creek (BN 267 and 268), slope wall modification at the west abutment of 31st Street (BN 269), stain concrete parapets, piers and abutments on 31st Street (BN 269), stain concrete parapets, piers and abutments on Cermak Bridge (BN 203), retaining walls, noise abatement walls, intelligent transportation facilities (ITS), overhead sign structures, removal and replacement of guardrail, barrier wall and attenuators, erosion control and landscaping, drainage, lighting and maintenance of traffic The improvements to be constructed under this contract shall be performed along the Tri-State Tollway (I-294) between Mile Post 27.8 and Mile Post 29.5 in Cook County, Illinois.
