REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR THE RED LINE EXTENSION MAINLINE DESIGN-BUILD PROJECT CTA is proposing to extend the Red Line from the existing terminal at 95th/Dan Ryan to 130th Street. The RLE-MLDB project is one part of the Red Ahead Program to extend and enhance the entire Red Line. A separate Design-Bid-Build project will be utilized to construct a new railyard and rail maintenance shop which will connect to the new RLE-MLDB infrastructure. Construction for this project is anticipated to begin Q3 2025. Questions Due Date: Jan 6th, 2023, 3:00 PM CST
