Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Langley, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Work includes construction of a new splash pad plaza and surrounding hardscape and soft landscape. Works include concrete flatwork, CIP concrete wall work, construction of raingardens, sanitary and water service-related works, asphalt repair, and cut/fill works. Specialty works include installation of spray system, lighting, shotcrete, and custom wooden fencing. Work site will include location for staging and construction fencing. Coordination on sanitary tie-in connection required during construction. The project is fast-tracked and required to be completed on an expedited schedule. The toy equipment and cabinet, etc. is supplied by owner. The owner will supply a new water meter for the water service upgrade in the park, however all vaults and civil hardware and equipment needed for servicing from the point of connection through to the spray toy cabinet will be required to be supplied by contractor.
