The Town of Sodus (the Town) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or consulting firms for grant administration services. The Town was awarded $85,580 from the NYS Environmental Protection Fund to construct a new western entrance and gravel parking area for Beechwood State Park. The NYS EPF grant will require administrative activities performed in strict compliance NYS OPRHP requirements.Deadline for submission of questions is 6/17/22 at 4 PM Questions pertaining to this RFP must be submitted in writing only via email to Supervisorclerk@rochester.rr.com Contract term: 8/1/22 - 7/30/23 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% The Town reserves the right to terminate negotiations concerning scope of work, project approach and project fee if consensus cannot be reached on these items. Under these circumstances, the Town would then enter into negotiations with the consultant or team of consultants ranked second during the proposal review process.The budget for administration is $8,000. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
