Project scope includes, but is not limited to, asbestos abatement, full-depth replacement of all existing wet insulation areas (including single-ply roof system), removal of existing single-ply roof membrane and cover board and metal fascia, provide new built-up roof system and cover board (insulation to remain), new metal fascia and accessories. One General Construction Contract will be awarded with an estimated value of $2,585,000 - $2,850,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
