Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lincoln City, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The general nature of work, described in detail in this Contract and in the basis of payment, includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the construction of the project. Primary items of work include: Construct new water pump station including a building with a standby generator and miscellaneous other items. Each bid proposal must be submitted on the forms prescribed by the City and accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty (certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond) in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the total amount bid. The ten percent Proposal Guaranty shall be forfeited to the City if the bidder fails to enter into a contract with the City of Lincoln City within fifteen (15) days after the date of the Notice of Award. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond equal to one hundred percent of the amount bid for faithful performance of the Contract. There will not be a pre-bid meeting or site visit conducted by the City. Bidders are required to conduct a field review of the project area on their own to acquaint themselves with pertinent conditions prior to preparing and submitting their bid proposal. All written questions must be received by the Project Manager by 5 PM PST on June 7, 2022, 9 calendar days prior to the Bid Due date. City may cancel this procurement or reject any bid that does not comply with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, including the requirement to demonstrate the bidder's responsibility under ORS 279C.375 (3)(b) and that City may reject for good cause all bids after finding that doing so is in the public interest.
