As of February 6, 2024, per owner the contract was awarded. The City of Lincoln City is requesting proposals for consultant services for a Update to the Lincoln City Wastewater Facility Plan. Consultants are to contact kmattias@lincolncity.org by email to obtain a copy of the Request for Proposal. The RFP will be emailed to you. The official Planholders list will be maintain by the City and any addenda will be issued by the City. All questions or requests for clarification shall be directed in writing to the Stephanie Reid, Public Works Director, via email: sreid@lincolncity.org, or by regular mail to Lincoln City, PO Box 50, Lincoln City, Oregon 97367. The Public Works Director will determine appropriate responses, if any, and if necessary an Addendum will be issued to all plan holders of record at least 5 calendar days prior to the Proposal Due date. Any verbal response(s) obtained from any source by proposers will be considered informational and shall not be relied upon by proposers. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
