Work can begin on June 27 and must be completed no later than August 19, 2022. If the tender is submitted electronically, the CONTRACTOR must send its tender to the following address: www.seao.ca. The electronic submission must be submitted (encrypted, transmitted, timestamped and saved on the SEAO servers) before the deadline date and time set for receipt of submissions. As bid security, only the surety bond and the irrevocable letter of guarantee are accepted when transmitting a bid electronically. No other form of guarantee is accepted with this mode of transmission. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified check made out to Center de services scolaire des Draveurs, an irrevocable letter of guarantee or bid bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Act respecting insurance (RSQ, c.
