Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Ganado, Arizona. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 40,000-square-foot residential development; for site work for a residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

For proposals from qualified Design-Build Teams with the expertise to successfully complete the Design and Construction Services for the demolition of 30 vacated housing quarters (approximately 40,000 square feet), and associated site improvements (curb/gutter, roads, utilities, drive pads, etc.) at the Greasewood Springs Community School, Greasewood Chapter, Arizona The delivery method for this project is a two-phased delivery process. Phase 1 shall be for Design and Preconstruction Services to include topographic/utility survey, Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (As Applicable), Historical Preservation Report/Determination, Hazardous Material Abatement & Demolition Plan, and negotiation and finalization of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). The GMP shall be established to include, but not be limited to: direct abatement and demolition construction costs, contingency, supplemental design fees as required, hazardous disposal and permit fees, site management fees, payment and performance bonding, and overhead / profit. Phase 2 will be for the construction services in accordance with the approved design and final negotiated GMP. This solicitation and work performed under this submittal are subject to the requirements of the Navajo Business Opportunity Act, the Navajo Preference in Employment Act, and the Navajo Procurement Code
