Renovation of an educational facility in Pasco, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

**As of July 23, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The scope of work includes providing all certified drawings, labor, equipment, materials, and services as required for a complete operating mechanical system to replace three (3) existing air handler units (AHUs) at each of the following schools: Emerson Elementary School, Frost Elementary School, and Whittier Elementary School. All AHUs shall be replaced like in kind and tied into the District's Alerton DDC controls system. HVAC systems (existing or new installation) must remain operational during times of instruction. Installation of the new HVAC equipment shall be coordinate with the School District to occur during unoccupied periods such as summer, winter, or spring break. Official bid results shall be made public within 48 hours of bid opening. Bids will be on a lump-sum basis awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The Owner hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunities to submit bids, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, creed, religion, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, age, honorably discharged veteran or military status, national origin, or the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability in consideration for an award. This Project is subject to the Franklin County prevailing wage rate requirements Existing HVAC plans of each facility are available for reference upon request. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, bank draft, or money order payable to the School District or a bid bond with a corporate surety licensed to do business in the State of Washington, in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 30 days subsequent to opening of bids without the written consent of the Owner
