Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fort Myers, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of June 30, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Contractor to provide concrete sidewalk repairs to various roads within Lee County. Work shall include, but not be limited to concrete sidewalk removal, concrete sidewalk replacement, ADA mat installation, curb repair and curb inlet repair. The intention of this project is to hire a Contractor to remove and replace panels of sidewalk where cracking and concrete deterioration has occurred. Individual locations will be identified by the County and the Contractor shall be responsible for removing impacted concrete sidewalk, providing fill and compaction necessary to ensure a stabilized subgrade and pouring back six inches of concrete sidewalk This project will consist of the roadways identified in the plans attached to this project and broken out as follows 2.1.1. Bonita Beach Road on the North and South side from Alessandria Circle to Hunters Ridge Blvd 2.1.2. Bonita Beach Road on the North and South side from Crest Exchange Ln to Kings Kew 2.1.3. Corkscrew Road on the South side from Tamiami Trial to Corkscrew Woodland Blvd 2.1.4. Winkler Rd on the East and West side from Cypress Lake Drive to Summerlin Road
