The intention of this RFQ is for the Township of St. Clair to find a qualified contractor for the demolition and removal of 2 buildings, foundations, contents, and site clean up. Community Hall - 1594 Third Street, Courtright, ON N0N 1H0 Restaurant - 1100 Emily Street, Mooretown, ON N0N 1M0 The Township is seeking quotes for the demolition of two buildings on two separate properties. - Apply and pay for the demolition permit - disconnection of the water and sanitary services at the property line. - Set up site security fencing for the duration of the demolition - Arrange the disconnection of the natural gas, hydro and communication services. - Demolish the existing structure including all foundations and footings. - Dispose of all C&D and concrete waste at MOE approved locations - Site will be left clean and save in a level consistent manner Documents can be obtained at: https://stclairtownship.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Fri Jun 24, 2022 3:00:00 PM (EDT)
