New Career Technical Education (CTE) Building at Parlier High School - The Career Technical Education Building (CTE) is comprised of four pathway courses (labs), two standard classrooms, preparation and collaboration spaces, restrooms, and support areas. The total square footage of the building is 7,547 square feet plus a covered area of 2,650 square feet. Student Educational & Activity Center/Band Building The Student Educational & Activity Center/Band Building is comprised of a main court, two practice courts, seating capacity for 870 spectators, restrooms, ticket booth, athletic storage, main band room, office, music library, instrument storage, percussion storage, covered areas, drop-off area and new outdoor play-courts. Total square footage is estimated to be 15,100 square feet plus a covered area of 1,675 square feet. Multi-Purpose/Kitchen Room The Multi- Purpose/Kitchen Building is comprised of a cafeteria for 400 students, full-service kitchen, snack bar with four serving lines, serving area, outdoor seating area for 400 students, dry storage area, cooler, freezer, restrooms and auxiliary spaces. Total square footage is estimated to be 10,300 square feet and an outdoor dining area of 4,810 square feet. The Project is subject to pre-qualification. All General Contractors will need to meet the pre-qualification deadline. To become pre-qualified, General Contractors must submit a completed pre-qualification application packet to the District Office no later than June 2, 2022, at 2:00 PM.
