Lincoln Ave in Parlier. Toward this effort, the City retained Air Quality Compliance Solutions (AQCS) to conduct a survey to identify if there was a presence or absence of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) prior to clean up and demolition. AQCS performed the asbestos survey on November 3, 2023, attached below is the completed survey. The City intends to award a contract to a qualified Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) registered asbestos abatement contractor. The contractor will be responsible to notify state and local government agencies of the nature of the abatement activities, location of Asbestos, Lead and Other Hazardous Materials, requirements relative to asbestos, lead and other hazardous materials per applicable regulations. Contractor is responsible for obtaining any demolition, building, renovation, or other permits, for paying application fees, if any, for all necessary license's fees, permits, taxes, and fees which are legally required by City, County, State and Federal governments or agencies for the performance of said services.
