Site work for a water / sewer project in Parlier, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for a research field requiring a new irrigation system. The field currently lacks a source connection to build a new flood irrigation system. A new connection is required to extend the water source to the new field, in addition to building and installing the new flood system to support irrigation to the research field plots. See attached Statement of Work (SOW). The project is located at USDA, ARS, San Joaquin Valley Agricultural Sciences Center, 9611 S Riverbend Ave Parlier, CA 93648. SITE VISIT: 10:00a.m Pacific Time on Monday July 29, 2024. See Section L.4 for more information and RSVP instructions. IAW FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Completion shall be 30 days after Notice to Proceed with bond due 10 days after award. All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to spencer.hamilton@usda.gov by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, August 2, 2024. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
