The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction purchase order. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-04 dated 06/11/2025. The requirement is set aside as a total small business. The NAICS code is 237110 and the size standard is $39.5M. Completion timeframe for the resulting purchase order is 60 days after notice to proceed. Potential quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for any amendments.
