Construction of 12,500 +/- linear feet of 10-inch sewer force main along Hwy 101; construction of 4,650 +/- linear feet of 15-inch/16-inch gravity sewer and 21 manholes. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration; therefore the project is subject to the laws and regulations associated with the respective program Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Upon request via email to Becca Pick becca.pick@gmcnetwork.com , the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via email. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Bidder is solely responsible for verifying the most recent version of Bidding Documents, including any addenda, have been downloaded if electronic access has been purchased. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
