Hardscape Improvements to Lafayette Hall of main campus Contact the Facilities Department to receive all drawings associated with the work, adison@una.edu . Overview: The University of North Alabama is seeking licensed contractors to make exterior hardscape improvements to Lafayette Hall. The building is located at 151 Shelby Way, Florence, AL 35630. Time is of the essence; all work will be coordinated with the University Facilities Department with the expectation to commitment to timeline. Scope of Work: Per Lafayette Hall Perimeter Hardscape construction documents dated May 12, 2022 prepared by Cr3ate Architects, Inc. (Project No. 22218). The work generally includes: Removal and replacement of front (east) sidewalk and entry stair Provide proper drainage with new sidewalk and entry approach meeting ADA regulations Provide equipment and staging necessary to complete Repair any peripheral areas impacted during construction back to before construction condition
