Bidders Are Required to Comply With the Discrimination and Affirmative Action Requirements of N.j.s.a. 10:5-31 to 38 as Amended and to Execute the Affirmative Action Affidavit and to Comply With the Requirements of N.j.s.a. 52:25-24.2 Regarding the Submission of a List of All Stockholders or Partners Owning More Than 10% Stock or Interest in Their Corporation or Partnership and to Execute the Ownership Disclosure Certificate. Bidders Are Also Required to Comply With the Requirements of N.j.s.a. 52:32-44 Which States Each Bidder (Contractor and Subcontractors) Are Required to Submit Proof of Business Registration. Each Solicitation Must Be Enclosed in a Sealed Envelope Clearly Marked With the Project Number on Each Envelope. Submit Bids to the Township Clerk's Office Township of Brick Grants Administrator Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids for Any Reason or for No Reason Whatsoever or to Waive Any Informalities in the Proposal Received and to Accept the Bid Which, in Their Judgment, Will Best Serve the Interest of the Township as Well as Reserves the Right to Place a Limitation on the Amount of Housing Rehabilitation Projects That a Contractor May Have at Any One Time.
