Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the River Crossing Horizontal Directional Drill Installations in Southern and Western Manitoba. Manitoba Hydro requires the installation of four river crossings at various sites in southern and western Manitoba. These sites are considered outside of the scope of Manitoba Hydro's regular drill installations for various reasons, including but not limited to installation length and depth, and site conditions. Manitoba Hydro's objective is to obtain the services of one or more vendors capable of successfully completing this Work. Manitoba Hydro may award this contract to multiple vendors in order to meet schedule.
