Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Weymouth, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Municipality of Clare is requesting bids for the work associated with the installation of a multi-use court at the Havelock Community Centre. The work will include the installation of a concrete pad as well as the purchase and installation of fencing and nets. Documents are available at https://procurement.novascotia.ca . Tenders will be rejected unless accompanied by a bid security of not less than ten percent (10%) of the contract price (including all valid bid modifications). This deposit shall consist of a certified cheque, irrevocable standby letter of credit, bank draft, money order, or bid bond.
