Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Weymouth, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
* Only designated Zone 1 was awarded for this Tender. In general terms, the work at the school will involve but not be limited to the provision of labour, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to removal old asphalt and apply new asphalt in the designated areas. The two sketches provide details regarding the site. The old asphalt can be disposed of on site, near the back end of the existing fuel site in an area approximately SOM x SOM. The two sketches detail the entirety of the project. Your bid must include all work noted in both sketches. The school will not be in session during construction. The work must also be completed consistent with applicable standards for paving. Project must be substantially completed on or before August 25,2023,providing contract is awarded within five (5) calendar days of close of bid closing time. The site will be available to start construction on July 13,2023
