Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Salisbury, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Development of a park along the North Prong. A concept for the North Prong Park was presented in the Envision Salisbury 20 Year Plan dated March 2016 and refined in a student competition in 2019. Funding for Master Plan development and grants for land acquisition are programmed in FY23. Design is programmed for FY24. Construction will occur over multiple phases and grants will be sought to assist with construction costs and land acquisition. The project is included in the city's 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of December 9, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
