The work under this Contract includes concrete sidewalk construction and reconstruction (approximately 150,000 square feet), and terrace restoration at various locations. SCOPE OF WORK The work under this contract "SIDEWALKS 2022" shall be in accordance with the plans therefore, the requirements of the "City of Green Bay Standard Specifications and Construction Standards for Public Works", 2022 Edition, the State of Wisconsin, Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications for Highway and Structure Construction, Current Edition, the provisions of Instructions to Bidders and the following Special Provisions. City of Green Bay Standard Specifications and Construction Standards for Public Works, 2022 Edition. The City Standard Specifications can be found at https://greenbaywi.gov/796/Engineering. The State of Wisconsin, Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications for Highway and Structure Construction, Current Edition shall be known hereinafter as the WisDOT Specifications. This is a requirement based Contract to meet the needs of the City of Green Bay for sidewalk construction and reconstruction in 2022. The work will be at various locations throughout the City of Green Bay as directed by the Engineer. All work and material specified, unless otherwise distinctly stated, is to be furnished at the Contractor's expense. Any work not herein specified, which may be fairly implied as included in the Contract, of which the Engineer shall be the judge, shall be completed by the Contractor without extra charge.
