Site work and paving for a road / highway in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The intersections will be modified to improve roadway operations. Rehabilitation/Highway Safety Improvement Project of 1.6 miles of STH 57 extending approximately 2,000' south and 2,000' north of the CTH H intersection (0.80 miles) and approximately 1,500' south and 1,500' north of the Stone Road intersection (0.80 miles) in the towns of Brussels and Nasewaupee in Door County. Intersections will be converted to Restricted Crossing U-Turn intersections (RCUT's, aka J-turns). Offset right turn lanes will also be included. Left in movements will be allowed. Extended turn lanes will be included at the Stone Road intersection due to the close proximity of the local high school and higher truck traffic Anticipated Construction Cost: $2,000,000-$2,999,999 Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 DBE goal on project: No The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultants estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultants actual indirect rate. Interviews will not be conducted The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
