3 Contracts Contract 1 - Section 1 Section 1: New lift station including by not limited to wet well and above ground valve vault structures, submersible pumps, valves, flow meter, and associated piping, 6" force main from new lift station to 10' inside the WWTP property line as shown on C3-30, 8" outfall piping from 10' inside the WWTP property line as shown on C3-30 to Halfway Creek. Work also includes grading, landscaping, utilities, controls, seeding, maintenance and compliance with a stormwater pollution prevention plan, and all other miscellaneous work to complete the project in accordance with plans and specifications. Contract 2 - Sections 2 + 3 Section 2: For furnishing all equipment, appurtenances, and manufacturer's design in accordance but not limited to specifications 46 1120 Aeration System Blowers, 46 1124 Aeration System Diffusers, 46 1320 Baffle System, 46 1322 LEMNA Polishing Reactor (LPR), 46 1323 Modular Insulated Pond Cover and plan sheets C1-11, C1-20, C1-21, C1-22, C1-23, C1-24, C1-25, C1-26, C1-27, and C1-28. Section 3: For furnishing all labor, equipment and materials not included in Sections 1, 2 and 4 to provide a fully operational wastewater treatment system and associated site restoration in accordance with plans and specifications. Contract 3 - Sections 4 Section 4: For furnishing all labor and equipment for demolition of the existing wastewater treatment plant as noted on plan sheet C2-20.
