Please be advised, proposers are NOT required to bid on all properties contained in the list below. - WS Plainfield Street (09775-0124): 3,980 sq. ft., assessed value $24,600 zoned RA - SS Pine Street Court (09717-0018): 2,338 sq. ft., assessed value $18,000 zoned RB - WS Chestnut Street (02750-0162): 4,870 sq. ft., assessed value $19,800 zoned RB - NS Chester Street (02730-0013): 5,378 sq. ft., assessed value $20,200 zoned RB - NS Fernald Street (05065-0001): 28,578 sq. ft., assessed value $37,700 zoned RA - ES Pine Street (09715-0135): 6,521 sq. ft., assessed value $20,700 zoned RB While the financial benefits of a proposal are important to the selection of a developer, coupled with all selection criteria, the City will also consider the broader fiscal and economic benefits to be realized from the redevelopment project.
