Site work and paving for a civil project in Baden, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work shall consist of all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the following project: Sunset Drive Storm Sewer Project - Work consists of installing approximately 700 LF of HDPE storm sewer, inlets, end wall, road repair and related appurtenances and miscellaneous work Proposals must be submitted on the original forms furnished by the Borough. Each Bidder must submit a bid bond or cashier's check as bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount made payable to Economy Borough. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the date of opening. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount, and an 18-month Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount will be required. Pennsylvania Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates Will Apply. Economy Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids either in whole or in part, to waive any informalities, and to alter the scope of work
