The Division of Purchasing is neither the issuing or conducting procurement unit for this solicitation, as such it is the vendor's responsibility to review the entire solicitation in order to comply with any requirements. During the Bidding period, all questionspertaining to the project or bid must be submitted in writing by noon on 6/9/2022 to Mark Lamoreaux mlamoreaux@northernutahera.org. Addenda will be issued to answer the questions. Owner shall oversee and approve the installation of engineered concrete pad, and Power Supply in preparation for the delivery and setting of the Blower-Utility Flare System. The Landfill Gas Collection and Control System (GCCS) Contractor will install piping to and from the Blower-Utility Flare System once it is properly set in place, and the electrical power supply will be provided and installed by the electrical contractor for the Blower-Utility Flare System. The Blower-Utility Flare System vendor shall provide prove-out services, start-up assistance, and training and testing services when all is ready. Installation of chain link fence and lights, and any other features that GCCS Contractor/Engineer/Owner feels is needed to provide safe and reliable operations of the GCCS in and around the Blower-Utility Flare System area will be installed prior to operations.
