Site work and renovation of a civil project in Mayfield, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
For the construction of the Mayfield Town 2022 Lower 12 Mile Spring Improvements. The project is divided into three schedules each of which may be awarded separately or together. Schedule 1: concrete pump vault, pumping equipment, electrical equipment, and piping modifications; Schedule 2: well house building modifications and improvements; Schedule 3: well pump soft start upgrade; and related work. Bids will be received for multiple prime Contracts. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders for Schedule 1 only, not required for Schedules 2 and 3. Bidders shall submit evidence of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
