DFCM Construction Pre-qualified Mechanical USDC Summer Boiler and Controls Upgrade Only Firms Pre-qualified During Stage I of the Rfs Are Allowed to Bid on This Project All workers onsite will be required to have (BCI) background checks done. Also any worker onsite that wants or needs to enter any building on campus other than the boiler plant will need to show proof of vaccination. Mandatory Bidder Qualification Requirements: Interested firms shall submit pre-qualification data demonstrating the following: o Minimum 10 years of in house high pressure steam piping experience. o Minimum 3 steam boiler projects within the last 10 years. o In addition to the company experience, the contractor's site foreman shall have a minimum 10 years experience with high pressure steam piping, and a minimum of 3 steam boiler projects in the last 10 years.
