Site work for a municipal facility in Layton, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
All Questionspertaining to the project or bid must be submitted in writing by noon on 6/9/2022, to Mark Lamoreaux - mlamoreaux@northernutahera.org. Each Bid must be accompanied by a BID BOND payable to the Owner for five percent of the total amount of the Bid. As soon as the bid prices have been compared, the Owner will return the Bid Bonds of all except the three lowest responsible Bidders. The Bid Bond of the successful Bidder will be retained until the Payment Bond and Performance Bond have been executed and approved, at which time it will be returned. A certified check may be used in lieu of a Bid Bond. The right is reserved by the NUERA to reject any or all bids. Owner shall dig 4,500-foot trench and bury materials in said trench. Contractor will purchase materials, install all junction boxes needed to transfer 1,250 watts of power from the asphalt pad at the entrance of the Landfill to the site of the new flare on the Northwest side of the landfill with a junction box at the termination point for future growth
