LAYTON CITY CORPORATION will accept separate sealed bids for the "STORM DRAIN CLEANING AND TELEVISION, PROJECT 22-18". The project includes the televising and cleaning of storm drain lines. The size of the lines will vary between 12-inch and 48-inch. This contract shall be for the fiscal 2022-2023 year with two optional one-year extensions possible with mutual consent. No price increases will be allowed for the contract extensions. If a price increase is necessary the project will be publicly bid. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Contractors shall submit the Contractor's Qualification Statement available at the under the Q & A sections, to be reviewed by the OWNER prior to August 2, 2022 at 12:00 pm. Upon Layton City approval, contractors will be given a password to purchase and download and the bid documents. Layton City reserves the right to approve or deny bidders based upon similar project experience.
