Major work items will include the following work: Demolition of an existing pavilion and playground in preparation for the installation of a new large pre-fabricated pavilion including electrical; playground preparation site work; install concrete pathways; install benches; and irrigation and landscaping improvements. The documents required at bid opening are as follows: 1) Bid forms provided. 2) Cashier or certified check or bid bond made payable to Layton City in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total bid. 3) Copy of state license. 4) Anticipated schedule (include start and finish dates) The successful bidder will be required to submit to Layton City a Labor and Materials Payment Bond and a Performance Bond both in the amount of 100% of the total amount of the bid prior to the execution of any contract documents. Layton City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of any bid and to waive any informalities in any bid as its best interest appear.
