The City of Norman Park is requesting qualifications and proposals for selection of an Engineering Firm to provide post-award services for water and sewer infrastructure projects funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State Fiscal Recovery Fund (SFRF) from the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget (GA OPB). Post-award services will include, but are not limited to, planning, design, cost estimating, bidding, contracting, construction oversight, quality control, grant administration, and project closeout The City of Norman Park reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities in the proposal process The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
