The Blackjack Mountain Water Storage Tank Project Includes the Following: Install One (1) 5.2-million-gallon Prestressed Concrete Water Ground Storage Tank, Demolition of Existing 4-million-gallon Steel Ground Storage Tank, Piping, New Valves, and Appropriate Scada Equipment, Electrical Service and Appropriate Connections, Tank Mixing System, and All Appurtenances Necessary for Completion of the Work. No Pre-Bid Conference is planned for this project. The work will be awarded in One Contract Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond with good and sufficient surety or sureties approved by the Owner for faithful acceptance of the contract, payable to, in favor of, and for the protection of the Owner in an amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the total amount payable by the terms of the contract or, in lieu thereof, a certified check, cashier's check, or cash in equal amount The Owner reserves the right to reject all Bids, to waive informalities and re-advertise.
