QUESTIONS DUE BY: June 17, 2022, at 4:30 P.M. The State anticipates the start date will be August 29, 2022. The substantial completion date will be December 25, 2027, and contract completion date will be December 25, 2028, which includes a one-year warranty period Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Office of Purchasing & Contracting (hereinafter the "State") is seeking to establish a contract with a qualified Architectural firm to provide architectural and engineering programing and design services for the State House Pandemic Mitigation/Renovation Project located at 115 State Street, Montpelier, Vermont. Interested firms are invited to bid on providing architectural and engineering design services described in Section 2 of this RFP. The architectural team shall have experience with historic properties of this grandeur. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. As of June 7, 2022, the due date and time has been confirmed. 2. A second Question and Answer period has been added. All questions are due by August 22, 2022.
