Through This Request for Proposal (Rfp) the Office of Purchasing & Contracting (Hereinafter the "state") is Seeking to Establish Contracts With One or More Companies That Can Provide and Install Two Inserters to Support Print/mail Workflow at the Bgs Print Shop. Vendor Proposals Must Include All Hardware, Software, Installation, Support, and Training to Affect a Successful Implementation/upgrade of Print/mail Inserting. Questions Due August 5, 2022 4:30pm Contract Period: Any Contract(S) Arising From This Solicitation Will Be for a Period of Five Years With an Option to Renew for Up to 5 Additional Twelve-month Periods. The State Anticipates the Start Date for Such Contract(S) Will Be October 1, 2022.
